Dunwoody HR Consultancy provides exceptional outsourced HR support
and advice to small and medium sized businesses.
Welcome to Dunwoody HR Consultancy. I’m Kellie Chandler, an HR professional with over 20 years’ senior level experience. What does that mean for you? It means that I have the expertise to provide you with reliable and affordable outsourced HR support - whether that’s for a one-off piece of work, or something longer term.
Now, a bit about me. After leaving central London in 2015, I settled in rural Wiltshire with my husband and three children and set up Dunwoody HR Consulting to work mainly with farming clients, charities and small to medium-sized companies.
What am I like to work with? Apart from being really good at my job, I’m friendly, approachable and get things done in a down to earth way. In addition, I have a good sense of humour, a great work ethic and love nothing better than to help you make sense of your HR issues and responsibilities - whether that’s hearing a disciplinary meeting, running a grievance, doing an overhaul of policies and procedures, or developing a performance management process.
In short, my role is to remove your stress, ensure that staff issues are resolved (so you get the best out of your employees) and to help you manage your company more effectively. If that sounds like what you need, please get in touch.

"Kellie is one of the best HR professionals I’ve worked with. She brings a special blend of pragmatism, insights and technical knowledge to each situation. I place a high value on the advice that she provides, as well as the fact that no issue, however complex or urgent, ever seems to fluster her."

"Kellie worked on the Leadership Development/Performance Management Programmes within Sir Robert McAlpine for approximately a year. This was a very significant project for the organisation and needed expertise in both of these areas - which Kellie provided. Kellie's knowledge, professionalism, stakeholder management skills and support were instrumental in getting this project off the ground."

"I hired Kellie as Head of HR, running the HR generalist team and managing the HR projects portfolio. Kellie also needed to deputise for me, working directly with the Executive and the Managing Partner. Significant progress was made at the firm during Kellie’s time there including a large and complex restructure of a support function and significant progress around wellbeing. Kellie is hardworking, versatile and a fun colleague and team member and I have no hesitation in recommending her, please feel free to contact me."
