Wiltshire Air Ambulance are not only an incredible charity, but they are also HR clients of mine. On Time to Talk day, I joined a number of their wonderful staff to undergo Mental Health First Aid Champion training with Paula Power from My White Dog. It was a really enjoyable day and we all left feeling like we now have a great support network in each other, as well as supporting others at the base.
